ugh

im soooo weak. i stuffed my face with like six slices of pizza. i hate myself. so i think that i have to plan out what i eat, that worked before. so tommorow i'll do:

tuna: 150 cals
and idk what else

plus 2 litres of water

Day One (Again)

So I've been trying to start losing again for about 2 weeks now. Every day I say "Im not gonna eat anything"...and then I end up stuffing my face. I just want to be thin again! And I want to show myself and everyone that I am not weak. If I can conquer food, I can conquer anything. I figured that if I start blogging that I could hold myself accountable.

So far, I've had nothing to eat today...I hope it stays that way.
