So I totally suck. Yesterday I ate Boston Market: Chicken, Potatoes, Mac n Cheese, Veggies, and gravy. Plus I ate two donuts.

So far today:

Yogurt: 200 cals
Chips: 100 cals
1/2 bologna sandwich w/mustard and miracle whip: 200

Im stopping there. I will be thin. I will beat this. I will achieve my goal. I will win. For once in my life I will win. I will show everyone and most importantly I will show myself.

Saturday Fever

Ok, so I TOTALLY binged today. M came home with a whopper for me!!! I ate it. Then we got DONUTS AND I DOWNED 4 of them. I had like 2500 calories today. O well. I start ma points tomorrow.

Teen Vogue


So, I just got the new issue of Teen Vogue. OMG!!! Those girls in there make me not want to eat ANYTHING!!!!  They had a spread with Hyoni Kang, a model from Korea. She has a PERFECT body. She is like a THINSPIRATION dream.  

Food Diary 8.22.08

Ok so I didn't eat until about 1pm today. I was feeling quite faint, so I decided to get a bag of m&ms (dark chocolate). I went to the vending machine, and the candy got stuck!!! So I had to get two. I would have thrown the other bag away but I am very cheap. But I threw half of them away, though.  I weighed myself and I was 130 with my clothes and 129.4 without. So I'm making progress.

Today I ate:

1 and 1/2 bags of Dark Chocolate Peanut M&Ms: 340
A bit of salmon: 120
Plum:100

Total: 560

So, I weighed myself at Target: 132.4. EW!!!!

ok so today I ate:

red potato (fried): 250 cals
salmon: 200 cals
monster trail mix: 200 cals

total: 650.

I need to drink more water and exercise.

My "Point" System.

1 point=500 calories
2 points=600 calories
3 points=700 calories
4 points=800 calories
5 points-900 calories


-I get 12 points per week.
-No more than 5 points per day
-Points are replenished each week.
-Weigh-ins once a week (before points are replenished for the week)

I did a trial, and I lost 3 lbs in 4 days :)

I'm going to put my system into action officially on Sunday.

ugh

im soooo weak. i stuffed my face with like six slices of pizza. i hate myself. so i think that i have to plan out what i eat, that worked before. so tommorow i'll do:

tuna: 150 cals
and idk what else

plus 2 litres of water

Day One (Again)

So I've been trying to start losing again for about 2 weeks now. Every day I say "Im not gonna eat anything"...and then I end up stuffing my face. I just want to be thin again! And I want to show myself and everyone that I am not weak. If I can conquer food, I can conquer anything. I figured that if I start blogging that I could hold myself accountable.

So far, I've had nothing to eat today...I hope it stays that way.
